We use a harm-reduction model to educate students on the short-term and long-term effects of alcohol, cannabis and other substances, and also share insights on alternative practices to reduce associated risks.
Nutrition
We offer guidance on how to incorporate nutritious eating into a student lifestyle, as well as budgeting tips and education on nutrition fundamentals.
Mental Health & Crisis Support
We aim to de-stigmatize the topic of mental health by educating students on a wide range of topics including stress, mental illness, burnout and accessible resources for support.
Self-Care & Self-Compassion
We utilize concepts of mindfulness to tackle common stress inducing challenges faced by students, providing them with tools to remain resilient while extending compassion to themselves during challenging times.
