    Having trouble staying motivated? Do you delay starting deadlines? This workshop will help you to identify why you procrastinate and provide you with strategies to help overcome procrastination and low motivation.

    Learn how to become more aware of your emotions and how to better manage them using mindfulness techniques.

    Negative thoughts can have a powerful effect on how you feel and what you do. This workshop focuses on ways you can recognize and change negative thinking to improve your emotional wellbeing.

  • Managing Shyness & Anxiety in Social Situations - 4-Part Series Workshop
    Fridays: November 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd. (4 week series) 1:30pm-3:00pm at N110 Bennet Centre.
    This is a 4-part workshop series. Each session will focus on a different topic/skill.

    Part 1: (Nov. 2nd) - What is Shyness/Social Anxiety.
    Part 2: (Nov. 9th) - How your thoughts, feelings and behaviours impact you feelings of shyness and anxiety.
    Part 3: (Nov. 16th) - Relaxation skills to help manage shyness and social anxiety
    Part 4: (Nov. 23rd) - How to better cope with life problems, and improve your social skills.

    No need to register, just come to the workshop you plan to attend. (Students do not have to attend all workshops in the series and may join any workshop session).
